Hey Rickey&Char .... NOA1 to NOA2 takes about 5 months. So be expecting to hear from them next week :) Fingers crossed!

Yes there were some June Filers on here that got their NOA2 months ago because either the petitioner was filing from abroad, expedited cases and requests, California Service Center (said to process cases faster than the rest) and of course just Luck!

I just passed 5 months at Nebraska Center waiting on my I-130. Called the USCIS Processing center for the first time this morning and they wouldn't talk to me at all because they conveniently changed the Process Date they are working on to April 2, 2015 so they record me as "still within the processing estimate". So they wouldn't even look at it. This is so depressing. They should not be able to just adjust the estimate like that. Another two months?

After reading your post, I checked the USCIS site and everything under I-130 does indeed say April 2nd. Last time when it did this, it was a "mistake" - let's pray that this is the same! That's awful to get to 5 months to have them do this. Our NOA1 date is June 10th and I've been doing nothing but counting down to November 10th. So frustrating!!!!! Really hoping this is untrue.

I might have to contact Texas SC and see what their processing times are like. It's so unfair to allow you to get to 5 months then change the processing time.. Hopefully not too long for us all..

Hey guys, I just spoke with USCIS and they said the website is accurate. It was updated on the 15th October and will be updated on the 15th of each month.

TSC is only processing March 25 so basically I have lost all hope now.
