Hi Lyncoranne! My husband is actually in Canada, in Ontario. I am petitioning for him to come to the States and even though it's just US/Canada, this process is still so long. We are fortunate though that we get to see eachother about once every 1-2 months. Where in Canada are you at?

Hi Cosmos22 : I'm from Saskatchewan .. Ours was sent to Texas and by the look of things it's one of the slowest ?

Wow yeah you are a bit far from Ontario! I was having nightmares about our petition being sent to TX since it usually goes by State here in the U.S and FL petitions are automatically suppose to go to TX, but they sent us to Nebraska. NE seems to be processing at the 5 month mark or a bit longer, and TX is definitely speeding up their time. You probably have the same wait time, around 5 months. Hopefully though everything will go smooth for all of us. :)

I was wondering a few things. Do all Canadians go to Montreal for the interview and the other thing is is there any place in Saskatchewan that you can go for the medical ? I am hoping we all get approvals within the 5 months but sooner would be so much better ..
