I'm a little frustrated. California Service Center received by I-130 on June 18, 2015. I see on that they have been approving application that were received after mine. I know that originally I expected about 5 months but when you see approvals for July apps it makes you wonder if something is wrong.

Hello! My husband got to NVC "human" pretty quickly today at lunch time but conversation didnt last long, just about half a minute. Answering the question if NVC had already got my case lady said that even if the case had been sent from USCIS to NVC two weeks ago it`s going to take two more weeks because now it takes 4 weeks to get from USCIS to NVC. And hang up. Of course we will try in a week but that was confusing.

And we still didnt get our NOA 2 in any form (10 days passed), no email, no hardcopy, just changed status at USCIS.GOV site.... I hope I`m not a paranoid and my approval isn`t a false alarm.

I felt the same, I prayed on predicted timeline on this site telling me it was close. There were ups and downs, hopeful and hopeless days, and just one day when I didnt expect that - it happened!! And you are right about being confused, I wanted to call USCIS and ask WHY wouldn`t they just look at my case please and tell me if there was any problem that I could fix and make them approve it - but the time for approving is 5 month and I can`t make them hurry up after two month just because somebody was a bit luckier then me to get their case done.

Just wait, few more days and California will send you good news!

Congrats to all the approvals, seems to be all coming from CA center. I wish NE was that quick, all of us June filers probably would of been approved already if we were at CA. Trying to stay positive while being apart from my husband. Good luck everyone who is moving on to NVC! :) Keep us posted.

i feel the same way , i received my ANO1 on June 17 from California service center .i do not know if i should call them or wait for couple weeks .

but i know our dream will come true .good luck for both of us

I put my Priority Date which was on the letter because when editing your timeline you will see Date I-130 NOA1 (Receipt) - "(receipt)" i believe means the date on the receipt (PD on letter).

I finally got through to NVC this morning. Got my DS-261's reviewed over the phone. I should be invoiced for IV fees within 5 days. I sent of AOS/IV documents on Tuesday. Prayerfully, there will be no RFE's.

Lucky you! I'm also waiting for the invoice of IV fee. It's only been a week since I got "PAID" status on our AOS. We still have to wait for my wife's police clearance so I can't send our AOS/IV documents.

Thank you. I received my invoices over the weekend. Hopefully, I'll be paying by the end of the week. I have 4 cases, my pockets will be hurting. LOL.

My case was approved by the California Service Center on 08/27/2015 (Thursday) when should i start calling NVC for case number?
