Hey guys..

My hubby just called USCIS today lol

He spoke to a lady "Officer Trent" and asked about our cases. I'm glad he did because all that time I've been keeping track of only 1 case receipt #. Just recently I asked him to give me the other two (my twin's receipt #s) so that I could add them and keep track of those ones too. There're supposed to be a total of 3 receipt numbers but he checked his email and just saw 2. So today officer Trent gave him the third one which we just found out was mine! Lol

She checked the computer and said they're still processing petitions from February 10th.. Hmmm :clock:

Anyways sending out positive vibes to everyone...keep the faith! :)

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride; so I love you because I knew no other way than this, where 'I' does not exist, nor 'you'. So close that your hand on my chest is my hand, so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

Hey there!

Everybody is sleeping???

What are you thinking about?

Imagine the people of USCIS, between 2 cases: "hey, what's up on visajourney.com (because i'm sur they know us !!), do you think they are still waiting ? What's up with them ?? let us see what are they doing waiting for the NOA2!"

And they arrive here, in this topic and nobody speaks ? The USCIS is going to think that we don't care about our NOA2 !

BUT IT'S NOT TRUE, USCIS, IF YOU ARE HERE, GIVE US THE NOA2 !! WE DO CARE ABOUT IT !

Thank you USCIS ! You are the best

(is it too much ?? :) )

I called the NVC this morning right when they opened. I don't recommend doing that. I got the same message, essentially "All agents are busy, Call Back Later" 14 times, then gave up. I tried again 30 minutes later and received the "normal" message. I waited on hold for 40 minutes before they picked up, despite them saying the wait time was 20 minutes. Got my case number and IIN, filled in the online DS-261 (Choice of Agent) and paid the $120 fee. Slowly but surely...

No, USCIS, we are alive!

People who already have NOA 2, I have a question. USCIS site says our petition was aprroved on 18th of August but we still haven`t got email or hardcopy of NOA 2 - is that ok? Should it get changed on USCIS site when they send me case to NVC (something like "we sent you case to NVC, bla, bla")?

No, I'm pretty sure the message on the USCIS site never changes after that - mine still says the same thing. Your next step is to call the NVC in a couple of weeks to get your case # and IIN so you can start filling out forms online.

Yes, you can go ahead and send. I'm sending off my AOS/IV packet tomorrow. I'm still waiting for my IV invoices, also.
