That's unfortunate, but at least now I know that it's a website issue and not something with me specifically.

Doubt I'll be able to find any technical support to contact...so will just wait...

Will the NOA2 be sent to the email and phone number I gave them on the G1145? If not, will the USCIS website tell me of NOA2 if I put in the Receipt number of the NOA1? Or is there any other way to receive notice before the hard copy NOA2 arrives in the mail?

For anyone else having the same issues, I was able to reset my password today and finally log on.

No change since NOA1...hopefully NOA2 will come soon. At least I could set up email and mobile alerts.

Hi Everyone my case was received on 6/29/15 for I-130. is it true the average time to wait is 154 days for Nebraska? I got married in June 9th In Quintana Roo Mexico. My wife is currently there by herself. I read the process time for her to be here in California it will be close to a year. Wow I didn't expect that much time. I guess I better start planning a few trips... Any Advice?

I called NVC again today. Still no case number but I'm not complaining. I know they say it usually takes a month but I've seen others say they got theirs in 2-3 weeks. Didn't see any harm in trying. :goofy:

I'm still rooting for the rest of you to get speedy approvals.

Congrats on your recent marriage. :) And yes this process for most is beyond long and can be very frusterating at times, especially when you are apart from your loved one. A lot of us June filers are at the Nebraska center, including my husband and I. So far it seems the normal time frame for Nebraska has been 5 months, anything less than that is a huge blessing and gift. All said and done this process (if there are no RFE's or hiccups along the way) will take beween 10-12 months. The only good thing is time is inevitable and we all will get there, just seems like a lifetime. I wish you luck on your journey, and may it be a speedy one!! :)

Congrats JoRu16!!

Question guys - So once it's approved and USCIS website updates saying it's approved. Is that the last notification from them?

Or do they also than update the website again once it's sent to Dept of State/NVC?

I've read a few different things online and I'm just curious, I wanna be ready when the time comes (if it ever does lol)!! Haha

I am pretty sure they let you know it was sent to NVC but then after that you will be dealing directly with NVC for the rest of your processing. (besides medical, interview etc). I know there are so many steps to this process it can get confusing and you want to be prepared for all of them so when the time comes you aren't wasting time figuring it all out. :)
