Yes terry&salim but i notice the customer service rep didnt ask me much questions she just asked what was my hardship which is illness my daughter has a heart tumor and just recently has a tumor removed from her stomache. The rep never asked me to go into details so i hope it was enough just by me saying my daughter has a heart tumor. Ochili did they ask you to explain your hardship?

When I called, the representative said explain your case because this will be used to determine your expedite. I explained the situation. I wouldn't say I was highly detailed but it was more than an overview.

I am sorry to hear this. :( Keep your head up and keep trying, and if your case can't be expedited at least you know you should only have to wait a few more months until it should be approved!

so they returned my call only to say that the system only allows 1 expediate per case every 30 days that they system is very sensative. then they told me that right know there is a delay and they updated they system today and nebraska is taking cases from january 2014. i told the girl that cant be true if just last week it was stating 5 months. she said yeah she doesnt know what happened but it could be an error but as of know thats what its saying.

Hey June filers! Add one more to the list of approvals! After waiting just a little over a month my husband's process was approved today. Now we just need to wait to get the NAO2 in the mail. I hope this one comes faster than the last. Our mail here isn't always the most dependable.

Does anyone know what the next step is, because the website says to follow the instructions in the letter, but like I said our mail isn't the greatest so it could be a very long wait.

Sorry for your troubles siniybella. Originally, I was going to expedite on medical grounds. I chose instead to do financial hardship because that effected me much more as the petitioner. I felt like USCIS cared more about the petitioner then what happened to the beneficiary. I hope you get your opportunity for expedite, soon.

Ochili, its crazy cause i told them that my daughter illness is causing a strian on my job. Due to me being the only caregiver and provider in the family. I told them that im on thin ice at work cause of my daughter illness and me haven to take days off that its a hardship when you are the only provider if i loss my job the whole ship sinks.I have to drive almost two hours just to take her to see the best doctors in the state of colorado. My daughter doctors has wrote letters for me just in case uscis ask for them but they didnt even ask for proof.
