Congratulations mampuchis! It's such an exciting feeling to see the approval. I was shaking when I read approved. Even though I requested an expedite, I had no idea it would happen this fast.

Congrats. what a beautiful way to start the weekend

06/24/2015 - Package received
06/29/2015 - fingerprint fee accepted.
06/30/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case received & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center
07/06/2015 - NOA1 received.

07/13/2015 - Biometric letter arrived mail box. Date 07/24/2015

07/24/2015 - Biometric done. One month mark

08/29/2015 - EAD approved

09/03/2015 - EAD card mailed

09/04/2015 - EAD approval mail in mail box

09/08/2015 - EAD card received.

09/09/2015 - Applied for SSN.

09/15/2015 - Got my SSN in the mail

04/14/2015 - Update online: Your interview has been scheduled for 05/19

OlenkaCrews, that VJ timeline adjudication projection may be a little far off if some our most recent I-130 approvals are any indication. I remember ours had an adjudication date of between July 15 and July 30 and we received our NOA2 on June 30.

mi_u_ls, let us know how it goes with calling the NVC to get the delivery confirmation.

6/17/2015: NOA1 received via email/text

6/23/2015: NOA1 received via mail

8/18/2015: USCIS approved petition online - 63 days from NOA 1

8/22/2015: NOA2 received via mail

NVC:

9/8/2015: NVC received the case

9/22/2015: got case number and invoice number via phone

9/22/2015: submitted DS-261 Choice of agent

9/22/2015: paid AOS fee $120 - IN PROCESS

9/24/2015: AOS fee shows PAID

9/28/2015: NVC Welcome Letter is received (issued on Sept 21st)

Wow, that's great you got an update! I had read it doesn't always happen, so that's why people have to call the NVC to know when the case is sent/received.

When might you start calling the NVC to get delivery confirmation?

I called on Tuesday to request an expedite due to financial hardship. It was granted and I received notification that my four cases were approved today. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: My prayers were answered.

Congratulations to all who has already got their approvements! SO nice to see good news!

A little question about timeline - it counted that our petition can be approved very soon. Though it seems too optimistic, can it be true? How often such predictions work?

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 21, 2015 and August 10, 2015*.

Remember its based on all the VJ members who are filing and updating their timelines for CSC and right now many are being approved under 50 days. So based on that those dates come up. Realistic. Maybe. But one thing I know that the service centers do is their goal approval marks are 5 months. When they start falling behind (you see people post all the time I am waiting 7, 8, 9 months) you start seeing the crazy 30, 40, 50 days approval. So just hope for the best and maybe you too.

I know usually on VJ those estimates are right on.
