The timeline matches so far...NOA1 came on Friday, 26 June, 2 days after DHL delivered.

The NOA1 paper notice came today - Notice Date is June 25, 2015.

I've created an account on USCIS, but when I try to log on, I get either a. a message saying my account is locked because of inactivity or failed log-ins (and needing to change password) or b. an error page saying "An error has occurred. Please contact technical support."

Is this normal? Will it work once NOA2 happens?

Have you tried entering your case number without logging in?..

Probably they're working on your case and your account will be up and running once they've updated your case status MOST PROBABLY TO AN APPROVAL! :D

Great.....so what's your next step?

I'll begin calling the NVC this week to see if they have received our case from the CSC, then later ask for our case number and IIN. We're praying for a smooth and quick NVC process... as well as more approved I-130s for other June filers.

Our case status changed from case approved to "case was sent to the Department of State". :) They sent it on July 6, a week after NOA2. I wonder how long before NVC receives it. I'm excited and nervous at the same time! Hoping this process goes as smooth as the USCIS.
