My lawyer says my joint sponsor has enuff to sponsor my husband but looking at my joint sponsor annual income it seems less then wat is valid

It's does not matter how if he make less or more, just try to know your joint sponsor house hold size for example if your joint sponsor live alone and not taking care of anyone he or she should count him self including you so it gonna be two, then you have to compare it with the poverty line for the same year , then you gonna figure out according to the example I gave if your joint sponsor is good or not

someone on Facebook with a cc of August 31st got an appointment for December .

Hi everyone, so my husband went to drop of his papers alhamdillah they took them. They gave him back proof of communication and pictures and told him to take them to the interview with him. They took the orignal passport.

I probably was in line with your husband but who knows we dropped off ours too today lol .
