Hii fatoosh13... Thats the million dollar question...lol.. I wish i can give you an answer but i can give u my experience as an example☺ Today my husband dropped off the docs at the embassy. The non conv he submitted today is his 2nd one and not expired. The first one expired after one year so he obtained a new one. I believe the problem is if it has expired. The embassy accepted all our docs today. The truth is on interview day next week..hopefully its all they need.?

Thank you for answering. my husbands first non conviction is not a year old he got it this passed April. but someone has mentioned here that is good for six months but when i looked at his non conviction document it does not have an expiration date. the only date on there is when he got it

non conviction is only good for 3 months. I confirmed that myself with the courthouse.

That's true the new design of non conviction certificate vaild for 3 months , before it was valid for six months but they change that validity

As long as they are accredited and approved by the embassy. There are many accredited and approved by embassy that are not on their list. The ones they have on there are the most popular ones.
