Well I commented but guess it didn't go through I went Thursday morning, they said that you can request it from the nvc and that will let u schedule it online yourself but could take a couple weeks for them to do so, only way to get the embassy to request the case is through email so they said to contact the support travel doc email to ask them to do it . So sadly that's all I got .

I have been waiting for over 85 days now and I still have no interview date set. This is very odd. So when was your case completed? If they told you that it takes 60 days, how come some people did not have an interview date set where their case completed in March?

Nothing but they're definitely not going in order. I was playing with the last two numbers on the ceac website and AMM2014731016 which is a few numbers after my husbands case number, has been issued their visa. Not only that but their visa was issued in December with a case complete date in August. I went through at least 20 numbers and all of them have a case complete date in August. Some of them have visas issued in June and July. Seems like that's as far as they are. So there's about a 6 month backlog, I would say. It's been 4 months since my husbands case complete

I keep trying to call NVC but it's not going through

So what made your husbands case take so long to complete? Remember that some cases are fiance visas and not immigrant. Fiance visas get processed extremely fast compared to immigrant ones since they immihtant visa cases set at the NVC forever until they get completed and appointment scheduled.

Greetings everyone from Amman,

I visited Al-Nahda Immigration Services today in Amman seeking some insight, The are facing the same issue almost with all Immigration applications processed in Amman, they have cases that have been completed in April with NO Interview date, NVC seems to have a technical issue with scheduling interviews for the Amman Embassy and NVC would not admit it, they have many cases waiting awaiting interview dates.

I have no idea what we can do except calling NVC in hopes we get to someone who can assist. any suggestions?

Original SD : 01/23/2015

Check List : 04/01/2015

New SD : 04/09/2015

Case Completed: 05/07/2015

Interview Date: 11/10/2015

I don't think that they have technical issues. I believe that there are other immigrants who are being favored over Jordanians. I think that Syrians and Yemines are exhausting all the available slots since they get their cases expedited with no question. On the hand, the NVC will never share information about the exact nature of the problem with any caller. Amman is now known for being the far behind post on Jordanians IV interview scheduling and it seems that they postponed that for an unknown period of time.

Everybody i just spoke to a friend of mine in the nvc and i know this sound crazy bc it is very crazy to me!!! Nvc i scheduling amman interviews in cairo! Bc amman is closed for iv interviews! He told me to send a letter to the nvc stating that my wife has permission to get interviewed in a closer embassy or lets say bc my wife has a haweya for israel i could have my case transfered there... This sucks :( i cant beleive he just told me that but i dnt know if its true it sounds true atleast they are finally telling the truth that the amman embassy is closed for jordanian citizens! Thats just bogus how the hell is my wife gonna go to cairo? And why are the egyptians being scheduled in amman!

I think that they are scheduling, but they are expediting interviews for other nationalities by taking cases that are completed for Jordanian citizens off their scope of interviewing for now.

Sam89 I am pretty sure that you should get an appointment within the next 13 days. Please keep us posted. Anyone who gets an interview for cases completed in March, please share that good news with us. We are all on the same boat and your update is greatly appreciated.
