Anyone know if the holder of a Palestinian Travel Document issued by the Syrian Ministry of Interior needs a visa to enter Jordan? My spouse has lived in Syria all her life, but nevertheless is considered a refugee from Palestine since 1948 (she was born in the 90s). Even though the US Embassy is liaising with Jordanian Authorities for Syrian Citizens to enter Jordan for those with immigrant visa interviews in Jordan, I still think my spouse will need to apply for a visitor visa to Jordan since she is neither Jordanian nor Syrian. Please if anybody has experience with this, let me know how it went. We're going to contact the Jordanian Embassy in Damascus and go from there, but any advice is much appreciated.

That is not true. Look at the appointment letter that you have, it asks you to get a new one only if it was issued more than a year ago, Why everyone makes up stuff? Follow instructions. It is good for a one year by Jordanian Law and same thing for the one that was obtained from the Interior Ministry (Good Morale One).

Can u tell me the name of the place to go get police certificate in Arabic? And how long dose it take till it come out, and how much?

according to police certificate it's issue from GID and it cost nothing only take a copy of ur passport and two new photos 6x4 cm

And 25 piastres stamp, it take between 5 - 10 days to be ready for picking up.

About the certificate of non conviction it's issue from (justice palace) or any ordinary court, it's cost about 5JD and it's need to show ur ID as prove, u take it in the same day in Arabic and if u want u could translate it by any accredited translation office by US Embassy

Police certificate that issue from general intelligence department GID is vilad for one year since issuance date

Certificate of non conviction that issue from justice palace or court is valid for six months since issuance date
