Thank You All :goofy:

(F) He took the wedding pictures with him, but they did not asked for pics at all.

(F) The sponsor income is almost $70,000 which is more than the minimum range.

(F) He took the documents with him; I believe the drop off documents rule will be start on November.

(F) They are sending his passport and visa to Aramex, hopefully next week he will pick up them.

So I just got a hold of a conculat at the embassy. I asked her about the interview proses and how they are scheduled? She said that the NVC has the power to schedule all they can do is give them a list of opening dates. She was nice enough to take my husbands case number and check it she said that There is a possible June CC will get interview for November. They had a back log therefore they opened a weekend date on oct 17 that they took 100 people. So if they do that for November June people will get a date. It's true that all forms to be dropped off a week or 2 before the interview date. I Also asked about the police clearance if we will need that. She said bring hall the forms that they might ask you for even if you read on the website other. So I'm going to ask my husband to go get police and non-convention cirtifecat. I wish i had more questions to ask her she was nice and very helpful. But everything in my mind went away cuz I was nervous and surprised that someone answered my call hahahahahah!

I hope this information is helpful to you!

its great information i hope u will get ur interview date as soon as possible, so they maybe put many interviews in one day like 17 oct

Email comes 7 days later so tomorrow or next week you should get. How long of a wait. Hopefully it won't be the 3 to 5 months like everyone here. I added you to the Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet. Everyone here is on it take a look so you can see. Also there is a spreadsheet in this thread look at it so you can see how long of a wait. But its a wait. Maybe January February is my best estimate for you.

My joint sponsor has a wife and 2 kids, plus the 2 people he sponsored before, and now my wife. So he is responsible for 7 people including himself. I know the poverty line for a family of 5 people is about $35,000 in North Carolina. I really don't know what is the poverty line for a family of 7 in NC, but I don't think it exceeds $60,000.

Sam89 made me worried, and I do feel her and her husband's pain.

He just needs to make above $45,912
