Amazg- no NVC requested both since my husband lived in Egypt for 3 years so we obtained the police clearance from Egypt. he also got the police clearance in Jordan but it was rejected because they wanted the Shadit ma7komea instead from court for Jordan (each country has its own rules). then after we submitted the right documents our case was complete on May 21 and 6 months later we got the interview date!

I agree the more papers the better lol :D those who have interview this month please update us on what documents to bring, I was thinking of having a check list just in case, from the petitioner they only need our tax 1040 form for the last two years, and DS 260 form, and affidavit of support form. Correct??

You only need a Jordanian police certificate if you got arrested. You only need a court record if you were charged and or convicted. That is the bottom line for Jordan. You don't agree, go find more papers to distract the embassy lol.

Most recent tax transcript is enough and what I mean about most recent, the one for year ending in 2014.

When I mentioned arrest conviction or being charged, I meant in Jordan only. Each country is different.

you need the non conviction form even if you have no record.

You need that but if there is any conviction then you need to get the court documents related to the conviction. Again as long as your iv package is accepted by the NVC, don't try to add more to what you already gave.
