Sam

I really wish you a great time reuniting with your husband. It has been a painful journey for all of us and I hope that I get to get reunited with my spouse very soon.

What if u already had a visitor visa before applying? It was never cancelled on the passport so would you be able to travel under it? I emailed the embassy and they gave a weird reply first but when I told them they didnt answer the question they said you could travel with a visa but arent promised an entry from the border control.which is a chance for any type of visa a 50/50 chance of entry..

But we are so affraid of taking the chance of the long flight and being rejected entry to the US because of the pending status... Its just been so long and there arent any other options!!

I think if you have not filed the petition yet, your chances of being denied entry will be less unless the officer at the point of entry figured out that you are married to a U.S citizen then he will deny your entry because you are still on a visitor visa.

All we can do at this point is wait, but based on the Embassy's comments, we are all hoping for good news soon.

I am confident that if anyone has an update, they will post it here.

We should call the NVC and ask them where they are at with scheduling next month. That way we validate if the twitter statements are not just a sleeping pill.
