It changed today, I checked this morning and It said Ready, this afternoon, it changed to AP. It is very strange because today is Friday. Is possible that they work on Fridays these days!!

Thank you fatoosh for the info

Mahmoud Samara DOS here in USA changes the status not the embassy. Embassy will print the visa when DOS changes it to ISSUED. I have done lots of research to understand what happens after the interview!! The consular interview the applicant, then he either approves, ask for more documents, or think it needs more processing, then he types all the notes he takes during the interview and attach it to applicants case and from their the DOS will either issue the visa right away or put it on AP for extended period of time till they finish with their processing.

visa in my hand ,,,,,,, do i need to pay 165 dolars in jordand or in us in poe??

It's recommended to pay after you get your visa and before you travel. Here is the link to pay it online:

When did your visa get issued? My wife interview was monday dec 7, visa status changed to issued on thursday dec 10. We still have not received the visa (yes we registered on ustraveldocs).

Dear dwheels76,

I just want to thank you for the exceptional service you provide to each and every person who goes through this tedious and tiresome immigrant visa process. At our darkest times during this time consuming journey, your services were the only hope we had.

Cordially,

Mahmoud Samara
