Omg! Im so excited for you its about time hahahahha. Don't worry it will go smooth my aunt came yesterday to Chicago and she dose not speak any english and she said it was smooth and they didn't give her a hard time. So im sure ur husband will do fine.

When ur husband went to pick up his passport what did he take with him to prove its his?

He took his id. He has military id....and copy of his passport.

thanks for the info kbcjordan. My husband had an interview on nov 5 (thursday) it went from AP to issued. so i am guessing its ready for pickup in this case?

Your very welcome stargirl1? yes correct. If it says issued then they will be contacting you to pick up the passport. Congrats!!!!!???

Well according to what the website states zi understand that for example the receiving time varies depending on location and delivery process.

According to Google, it normally takes at least five business days after the day of the interview to receive the passport with the issued visa.

My wife's interview was Monday, Nov 2, and still did not hear anything yet, hopefully tomorrow is the day.

lol I hope so I am now concerned because of what happened in Jordan, someone killed two Americans I hope they don't take it against all Jordanian and it will be an excuse to put the visa applicants on AP. wish us good luck
