I see, well Good Luck to Everyone Here! ;) on the embassy website we could make our own schedule for NVC option, but it said my case is not loaded yet so I called the number for the embassy for here is the U.S that starts in 703 and they told me to email them and have screen shot of the error message and they should fix it. Now the question is, should I schedule the interview myself or should I wait until its scheduled by NVC??? according to this company in Jordan that my husband asked it better to wait but I am just wondering if anyone tried the other way of the online option :)

Any Thoughts?? do they schedule based on the priority Date or the date of the case been completed?

the message you get is not an error it is for people to reschedule their appointments not to schedule the appointment first the nvc has to schedule it for you, that's why you get the message because your case is not at the embassy therefor you cannot schedule it online many of us had already tried that and I already emailed the embassy here in jordan and have visited them also . There is no solution but to wait sadly . You cannot do it yourself or none of us would have been waiting .

I was looking to see if I can find any info on how long it takes for an interview to be scheduled for Palestine at the embassy in Jerusalem but it doesn't seem like to many people from there post any info so I saw this and I hope it doesn't take us that long but I do wish everyone still waiting good luck and I hope you don't have to wait too much longer!

The US embassy is not even letting Jordanians to have their interviews done through other Embassies. So we are all stuck for the unknown and seems for a long time.

Okay I don't know if this guy at NVC was just trying to get rid of me but he said that he's seen people from Amman with January and February cc dates getting scheduled interviews. I latched onto that and was like so my husbands interview should be coming up next right and he said he has no idea how many people are ahead of us and he has no idea how many interviews a month Amman schedules. So there's SOME hope that March cc dates MIGHT be next, who knows. They seem to be going in order, though. It seems as though Amman only schedules a few interviews a month, which might be why it's taking so long.

I agree Sam89 that's what Nahda office told my husband that people who have their cases completed in March are getting interviewed now.

Hi guys,

This is my first time posting and from what i can read i'm not the only one impatiently waiting for the embassy in amman to start booking interviews!! The only thing that i cant understand is why they are approving all these non immigrant visas at such a large amount ,when im sure 2/3 of those are gunna end up staying in the US illegally, instead of moving along those who want their spouses to be with them legally!!! I applied for mu husband june last year! I moved back to the states with hope that he follows me shortly after but now my son is 3 months old and he hasnt actually seen his dad other than video chats which isnt the same!!!!! Im so affraid that if i book a plane ticket back that they'll finally come to their senses and send an interview date... I hate unstability, and i hate being left hanging and im sure im not the only one!

Hello Guys,

Is there any updates??? my wife and I are so tired of waiting :clock::clock::clock::clock:

US- Embassy in Amman looks the slowest embassy in world right now based on the spreadsheet in this link:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit#gid=0

we are even tired of calling the NVC and hearing the same response.

Hello All,

Our CR1 case completed on 4/29/2015 from NVC. It doesn't look too good now that we have been waiting for almost 4 months to get interview notice. I followed the US consular in Jordan Via twitter and he is saying that waiting 2-4 months to get an interview is normal. I don't want to be pessimistic but it seems that it is going to take a miracle to get interview notice from NVC. It would have been way easier to bring my wife to live with me in the US if I was in the US on F1 student visa. Please update us if you get any news.

Good luck
