I do not think it will have an impact in scheduling interviews and I think the problem will have an effect issuing the visa therefore, do not worry and I hope by the time we had our interview they should resolve the problem so that we do not encounter it. Not long now until IL and I am very excited :). Good luck to all.

Hi All

I just got checklist email from NVC today saying I didn't fill section 19 of my I-864EZ form.

Just corrected the error and will be sending it shortly.

Do I include other AOS documents... W2, Pay Studs etc when re-sending

Or do I just send the corrected form I-864EZ alone

Hi All,

Can someone shade a light please? I received email below from our lawyer yesterday and I am a bit worried now as it the website error might affect us getting interview letter. :( :( :(

“I am sure you have seen on the internet that the DOS is having major issues with their computer systems, which is preventing them from issuing visas. This means they have also gotten into a huge backlog of people waiting to get in. I hope that this will not delay the scheduling of your interview, but it very well could. Just wanted to give you a heads up.”

hi there! I think your attorney is just being cautious and managing your expectations. From what I am reading, London is still scheduling...and from what I read yesterday, they have restored about half of the posts. Yes they are backlogged so you may not get your visa right away but you should still get your interview once you are current.

I think you'll be just fine! Don't lose hope now,,, you are one of the most optimistic posters here...so don't worry!
