Thank you very much and I have finally made it with the help of God. You should be having IL too as you are current. Have you called NVC yet? If you did not, it is time to call them now. I hope you will get the good news and wish you the very best of luck. Thank you for all the support and assitance you have offered to me during the process along with Mufan, Sbai and all others.

My wife just called yesterday again, they told her nothing for us, very sad ´couse other had their interview date after my date.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

My pd is 9th of dec, 2013 and I already have a date.

You have an earlier pd so keep pressing you shall be fixed soon.

Do not be discouraged, am sure you would scheduled this month, you do not have a late case complete like I had, the interview scheduling has just started, call again by Monday. I would be waiting to read your good news, hang in there you are close to the finish line.

Hello my pd is 17 but my case is nt yet completed..

How can you have case complete on time since you asked for embassey change and then you needed to add derivatives. The way everything is happening at NVC right now, any addtional work or simple checklist will delay case by couple of months.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days
