Hi,

Does anyone know roughly how much time it takes after the interview at the Chennai consulate, to get the K3 visa stamped on the passport?

And how soon can the person start after getting the visa?

Also, if anyone has any recent interview experiences from the Chennai consulate, I'd be glad to hear them.

Thanks.

for interview exp, pl. check in under "embassy/USCIS review" section for India.

Usually in mumbai/delhi, persongets visa stamp on passport within 2 days.

once a person gets visa/passport in hand...s/he can staright go to airport to board the flight!!!! I mean no restriction on early departure....only restriction is that exit should be done within 6 months(pl. check the visa expiry date on the stamp..that's it!!!)

good luck........
