Eizo CG 247. Honestly, it's a little bit wasted on me, since this is what graphics designers use, and I'm by no means that. it's the trueness of colors, wide gamut, self-calibrating, that kind of thing. Probably useless for gaming, since as far as I know slower reaction due to different technology. Kind of a special tool.

Well a calibration tool can run from 90-500 a pop themselves. I've looked them up as a dabble in photography and want to buy a calibrator for my monitors. I really wanted a new camera (nikon 610) but hubs convinced me that living room furniture would be a better idea. To be honest, I've used it more than I would have a camera already. LOL The monitor is a bit cheaper over here than there but I can see why yer bringing it. It cost more than my gaming system, but if I was a pro photographer or graphic artist I'd be all over it. After all, I only use one monitor to game... the second one just sits there most of time.

Ah yes, the Nikon 610. I looked at it this past week, but got the 750 in the end. Only the weight is crazy, so it's true, I only carry it for special occasions.

I currently tote around a D40X. And two lenses. I can get the D610 with the 28-300VR lens for just over a grand at work. But bought a couch and recliner instead for the house. We've lived here since October and didnt have any living room furniture; just beds, two desks, and computers. Lol
