no, I haven't received an interview notice yet. I haven't seen an update on my 485 in almost a month. I think my interview might be delayed because of my rfe. you should see some movement on 765 soon-maybe next week since you are about 1 week behind me. good luck

Just checked status and I got a touch today!!!!! YAY!

Hoping that it will be an approval in couple more day now!!!! fingers crossed!!! :whistle:

got EAD approval today-now I am waiting for interview notice. I am figuring my interview will be delayed because of my rfe, but am not sure.

We filed for our 2nd EAD I-765 in early Dec 2006, got NOA on 12-12-2006. Last touch was on 2-28-2007, but still no letter.

Told that AOS approved "Pending Name Check"

Refiled for EAD 12-12-2006

EAD approved 3-04-2007

I-131-AP filed 2-18-2007

I have written both Senators of my state with no luck.

I have written my district congressman with no luck.

They all say it is out of their hands.

I even wrote GW Bush a letter asking for help , but got no reply.

I think it should be on the way! I had last touch on 27th feb and a touch today which was approval...so, I might say, early next week, you should have got an approval. :):thumbs:

I am sure looking at your timeline, things will be fast with you too...I think USCIS starts working on EADs after 60th day and have to approve within 90th day.

We have had 3 touches on our AOS application, but no change on our EAD since we filed on Dec 11th. I don't know why it's taking so long...

I dont know which is worse- waiting for the card or finally getting, today, the EAD and finding USCIS screwed up bigtime on the info....placed the wrong date of birth on the card. :angry:

Anyone knows a fast way to respond to this horrible mistake?
