Biometrics Done! Only took about 20 minutes to get it all done, could've been less but had to talk to the manager about the name correction on my I-765 which had my middle name as my last name. Now I shall go back to checking my mailbox daily lol I know it will be a while before I get an interview letter but hey I'm anxious! lol

Good luck to the rest of you, glad to see that more have finally gotten their biometrics letters. So happy for you guys!

Day 00 - 6/08/2015 - I130,I485,I765 Package delivered to Chicago lockbox

Day 01 - 6/09/2015 - USCIS records package is received (according to online case status check, though the NOA texts/emails weren't sent to me until 8 days later)

Day 09 - 6/17/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case accepted & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

Day 15 - 6/23/2015 - Received 797c NOA letters of receipt by snail mail

Day 22 - 6/30/2015 - Received biometrics appt letter

Day 29 - 7/07/2015 - Biometrics appt

Day 36 - 7/14/2015 - Received RFE for documents that were included and clearly labeled in application package. Will resend required information this week.

My story is very long but am very happy to say that i got my first sms and email for USCIS yestersday that my package has been received (have been waiting since june 1st)that was when my lawyer said he sent it(if ti's true).

To my question of the day.

I got 3 sms and 3 email with 3 different receipt number.

Is that how it works?

06/24/2015 - Package received
06/29/2015 - fingerprint fee accepted.
06/30/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case received & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center
07/06/2015 - NOA1 received.

07/13/2015 - Biometric letter arrived mail box. Date 07/24/2015

07/24/2015 - Biometric done. One month mark

08/29/2015 - EAD approved

09/03/2015 - EAD card mailed

09/04/2015 - EAD approval mail in mail box

09/08/2015 - EAD card received.

09/09/2015 - Applied for SSN.

09/15/2015 - Got my SSN in the mail

04/14/2015 - Update online: Your interview has been scheduled for 05/19

Yes, You would have applied for 485 (AOS) , 765 (EAD) and 131 (AP)

On June 29, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status,

06/24/2015 - Package received

Called USCIS today to make sure they had corrected my name error on I-765 and they told me it has. So glad that was taken care of.

May 2006 - My husband and I graduated high school and lost touch

September 2008 - Reconnected with my husband and began an on and off relationship.

December 27, 2013 - Had our son

October 21, 2014 - Finally got married after putting it off for too long

I already have a job, been working here for over 6yrs and a half. I've been here in the US since I was 8yrs old, I overstayed my visitor's visa. My parents brought me and my sisters to give us a better life and education. When I first got my job I was honest with my boss and told her I didn't have a SSN and she still gave me a chance. Been working here since and I owe her a lot! She's been such a great person throughout the years.

Sadly, I am going to look for something with more benefits once I get my EAD or once I receive my GC. I would stay but I don't have any benefits, nor paid vacation or holidays and that's something I need. I can't afford to take a few days for vacation knowing they're not getting paid, or calling in when I can't come in for whatever reason. It makes me sad because like I said, I owe her a LOT! She's been such a great person with me and I feel blessed to have her as a boss.
