  • 2 weeks later...

Just wanted to update my status,

I checked the mailbox today and saw that my interview notice had arrived on Feb 11th, Interview finally scheduled for March 23rd!!

Also, I used to get email and/or texts every time there was a status update. Last notice I got was that they received my RFE response back in July last year (for the I485, I got status updates for EAD and AP). Radio silence regarding the I485 since. Not even waiting to be scheduled for interview. My status online doesn't even mention that I have been scheduled for interview. Just a heads up to other people still waiting for that interview notice...if there is anyone else left :)

Hi there, I am happy for all the people that got their greencard or interview already. Just wanted to share my frustrating story. We sent our AOS documents back in June and got an RFE in July 2015. I am pretty sure that they just lost part of the documents but whatever...We sent the documents right away and they said that they are going to start working on our case again. In September 2015 I got the Visa Waiver letter and I was super happy about that. Until now, I havent heard anything. I sent a case inquiry two weeks ago and got the answer today. ANOTHER RFE!!! I havent received it in the mail yet but it can only be the medical that obviously expired by now..I am just sooo frustrated and just want to give up on all that to be honest...

Did you get it in the mail? Maybe you should call and ask them to send the notice again.

Hang in there. This could be your last hurdle.

Good to hear, POM, that after the long delay things worked out! I think it's good to see that our local office (Buffalo) works quite professionally since many of us will probably need to use it another once or twice down the line. :)

All the best to you and your family!
