Could someone tell me where to find the process timings? I'm filling in Baltimore if there's anyone else who is too??

08/05/17 - NOA1 received by US mail

08/10/18 - Rec'd new NOA1 with 18 month extension instead of 12 months

10/15/18 - Case transferred to Nebraska

12/26/18 - ROC Approved

I'm in Chicago and they're currently on November filers! This is not good. I've got a family reunion in my home country in March. Was hoping to get my gc by then :( my lawyer told me I'm not eligible for advance parole because I'm adjusting from an overstayed tourist visa. I'm a June filer. Just received EAD approval yesterday.

You are right, It's belong to local office. However, all Houston filers are stuck at the same place.

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

You're eligible for AP even if you overstayed a tourist visa.. File form I-131 and provide a copy of your I-485 receipt notice, and send the required pictures.

You are legal to file I-131 due to your i-485 is pending but not guaranty to entry US again. They are absolutely able to deny your entry due to overstay. AP is not admission, its parole.

I'm adjusting from an overstayed visa and I applied for the AP and got it approved. You could've applied for it. I'm only planning on using it for emergencies though.

August 8, 1998 - Arrived in the USA with a B-2 Visitor Visa at the age of 8

Jan. or Feb. 2004 - Met my husband in front of the high school's cafeteria

May 2006 - My husband and I graduated high school and lost touch

September 2008 - Reconnected with my husband and began an on and off relationship.

June 8, 2012 - Moved in together

December 27, 2013 - Had our son

October 21, 2014 - Finally got married after putting it off for too long

June 2, 2015 - Sent AOS package

June 4, 2015 - Package received by USCIS

June 9, 2015 - Biometrics Fee Accepted

June 10, 2015 - Received Text that the package was received

June 16, 2015 - NOA1 Received

June 20, 2015 - EAD Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

June 22, 2015 - AOS Form I-485 Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

June 30, 2015 - Biometrics Done

August 7, 2015 - EAD/AP Approved and EAD status changed to Card Being Produced

August 17, 2015 - EAD/AP Card Was Mailed

August 20, 2015 - EAD/AP Card Received :dancing:

You hired or paid him to prepare for your application and he suppose to make it - not you. If you file it now, it will take 90 to be processed.
