This case status is complicated lol I check my status this morning it said EAD card was order on the 28 August and on the 31st EAD card was approve lol so they order the card them approve it ? Hmm

May 2006 - My husband and I graduated high school and lost touch

September 2008 - Reconnected with my husband and began an on and off relationship.

June 8, 2012 - Moved in together

December 27, 2013 - Had our son

October 21, 2014 - Finally got married after putting it off for too long

June 2, 2015 - Sent AOS package

June 4, 2015 - Package received by USCIS

June 9, 2015 - Biometrics Fee Accepted

June 10, 2015 - Received Text that the package was received

June 16, 2015 - NOA1 Received

June 20, 2015 - EAD Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

June 22, 2015 - AOS Form I-485 Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

My SSN card is here! The mailing envelope has 08/27/15 for the date but I hadn't checked my mail until today so it might have arrived late last week or yesterday. So happy!

That was super quick! did they tell you to wait 2 weeks or 4 weeks when you applied for the SSN? i have the SS-5 filled and printed, planning on heading to SSA in the morning.

morning mines took 80 days to approve hang in there .on day 76 I call Uscis (08/25/15) I was told because of my RFE my case start back counting from the time they received the RFE which was July 20 lol so my next 75 day would have been late September , 3 days after (08/28/15) I check and saw it got approve 80 days so hang in there.
