My online status has never been updated, I hate it! It's been the same since 06/10 which is when I first checked it.

Mine didn't update until it went straigth to "interview scheduled". I think they are just not putting any time into updating the system for biometrics, etc.

ROC Timeline:

May 31: Package mailed

June 8: NOA1 received, dated June 2

June 27: Biometrics done

Sept 25: Case Status Update Card in Production

I was in removal proceedings, the proceedings have been terminated by IJ after my standalone I-130 has been approved upon a stoke interview in August 2014. Afterwards I waited for 10 extra months to file AOS to avoid becoming conditional LPR. I-485's NOA1 date is June 17th and I got the biometrics done on July 7th. Waiting to receive an interview date. Hopefully it will be scheduled on or after 9th September so I will be able to become an IR6 not CR6.

I got my RFE letter and I really don't know what to make of it. I don't know whether to laugh or be disgusted. It's asking for initial evidence for two things. It claims that:

1) Based on the documents submitted, the joint sponsor's income did not meet the 125% poverty guidelines for their household size and that I need to submit evidence of assets, which must equal five times the difference between the income and the poverty guideline. Or get a new sponsor.

2)I need to submit evidence of my lawful admission into the US. Such evidence includes i94, etc.

So, I am really doubting the, uh, caliber of people who are responsible for doing this paperwork because

1) My joint sponsor's income is significantly more than the 125% poverty level. With my i864 I sent an employer's letter verifying income, 6 months of weekly paystubs, tax returns and w2s. So, I will resubmit all the paystubs for this year so far, plus I've asked joint sponsor to get another letter from the employer, dated this week, plus 12 months bank statements. Hopefully this time the person dealing with my file will be able to recognize that the joint sponsor's income is $20000 more than the 125% poverty guideline for the household size.

2) In my application I included a printout of my electronic i94. I even included info on my travel history into/out of the US for the past five years, and I even included info on my previous passport, since my current passport was renewed a couple of years ago. So, I went to the i94 website and printed out another copy of my i94. Hopefully the person dealing with my case will be able to recognize the i94 this time.

I'll probably have to wait at least a couple of days before joint sponsor gets the new letter from the employer. It is frustrating to know they stopped working on my case for no reason. :-(

I almost get the same as you they said my sponsor did not meet the 125% but according to her yearly salary she did meet it, that's why the lawyer did not advice to get a second sponsor. Now im sending back info with a co sponsor But I have to wait a few days for her to get up the nessasary documents. I printed out my I-94 on line one page I did not get any RFE for that. So I'm in the waiting zone also for my co sponsor to get up her documents and yes they notify me that the put a hold on my I-485 until I send back the nessasary documents. Felling sad but guess that's life. Edited by Shacanus

Yeah, USCIS seems to be good at losing documents or missing stuff in the file. Two recommendations:

- Make sure you add a cover letter and in the cover letter put a list with every single document you submit. This will make it easier for the person going through it.

- Make a duplicate of the entire package before you send it as well, to know exactly what you sent.

I duplicated it the first time but the main concern here is why they rejecting sponsor's that making the money require to do so ? My wife is making a yearly income to cover 5 person yes she they saying she in meet it to cover me.
