AP Document Mailing Mistake

So my wife and I made a silly mistake. We mailed in her passport and medical exam to Montreal after receiving a 221g for an immigrant marriage visa. We didn't label the department the package needs to go to, and we didn't include her case number. It has her name on it and we tracked the delivery to the consulate. Will her passport and medical exam with limited information be enough to get her documents to the right place? The consulate just directs us to contact loomis with our concerns when we try to inquire with them, and loomis tells us they can't do anything because it's already delivered. We're now in administrative processing for two weeks and they say they haven't received it.

How long does it take for them to acknowledge the documents received once its delivered to US consulate in Montreal Immigration Unit? My case was in AP for 1.5 years and last month requested for an updated police records, medical, DS206. Loomis tracking says its delivered last Monday and documents were received/signed by Marliou. I inquired online through public inquiry form onTuesday and they said they didnt received it. I contacted Loomis on phone/email for inquiry and they confirmed it was delivered and Marilou signed it. A week passed and I inquired today and they said they still hasnt received it !!
