Hi! I'm about to petition my parents after my oath this month. But in my birth certicate, both my parents middle name is not listed. Would this be a problem in the future?

One more thing, when I came to the U.S. I listed my parents name and date of birth for every form that I submitted...and when I let them secure their Birth certificate and marriage certificate my moms date of birth is different from the one. That I listed before when I entered the U.S. Same with my dad, he's using Cruz as his middle name but when he got his Birth certificate its dela Cruz. That's why I'm worried....

When you petition your parents for each question that is asked that there is a different answer for it now than there was before, make sure you add the statement, "please see attached," and in the additional piece of paper you include with the petition explain as best as possible why there is a difference in the answers you provide now to questions and the answers you provided before to each of the questions. Mistakes like this happen and in my opinion the difference in answers to these questions should not make any difference. The key is to be honest!

Best of luck!
