Got a surprise this afternoon! No email or text or anything...although I haven't gotten any since the beginning and I stopped checking the uscis website. But there it was, my card was sitting there! Along with the welcom letter. I see some others are getting there's as well, hope everything goes smoothly for everyone else.

Congrats!

Kevin received his GC today. We want to say thank you for the many messages of support throughout this crazy process. Just knowing someone is a few keystrokes away can make the wait more tolerable. We will be keeping everyone here in our thoughts and wish you nothing but short days on the way to getting your case finalized. All the best.

RFE received in August (for a signature they said they didn't have, but I'm sure I signed it!) and another one in early October (for tax papers)....I know RFE will slow down the process (and restart the clock for the EAD/AP, which we are still impatiently waiting for...) but does it totally start the whole green card process over? Like...our reciept date is June 18...would our case "reciept" date be Oct 14 now? Or do they only pause it and start where they left off instead of start over?
