Congrats everyone!

I sent a service request to have my address change on August 26 and the same day it was assigned to an officer for response. Now i log in I see it has been assigned August 31 which is weird because it had said August 26. I really hope this does no delay my case because I have moved to a new state and fear they would put me at the back of the line....

Im hoping all these touches means they are searching for an appointment date for me seeing I have been ready for interview since June 22

Hey, Avania, welcome to NJ?

Guesd they just looking through your case, it's not gonna delay anything I'm sure. Hope we will hear some good news with you soon, keep me posted as usual, good luck to us!

Got a response to my service request/case inquire for my EAD today. It says its within the processing times and that I will notified about their decision within 90 days from the date they received my response to the RFE for my AOS, which was july 31. So by november, I should have my EAD. I am crushed. I thought EAD/AOS are two seperate applications. Thats what everyone told me, including several people when I called USCIS and my lawyer.

Did anyone here have the same problem or knows if there is anything I can do?

November 2015: Potential Interview Waiver Notice

Fantastic! You give us hope. When we applied Monday they said 7-10 but the paper they gave us said 2 weeks. We need the number to make an appointment for a driver's license; we can't just walk in and apply.

Hi Everyone,

I applied for my Aos on June 15th. I received the notice of approval for my EAD on August 21st but I haven't received my card yet. When I call USCIS, they told me there's a delay in card production and could take up to 60 days to receive my card. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone advise me what steps I should take?

Thanks so much
