Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

Receive Potential Interview Waiver Letter: September 9, 2015 sigh!!

oh okay i had to wait a little over 2 weeks for NOA 1

2012: met the woman of my life :wub:

June 2014: filed I-129F

May 2015: visa in hand - got married (L)

June 2015: filed I-485 and I-765

October 2015: EAD

November 2015: Potential Interview Waiver Notice

February 2016: AOS Case transferred to San Francisco office

March 2016: GC in hand (no interview)

Thanks for the replies, after posting I received my I 797c for the I 130 I 485 and I 765....now it's just wait and patience time lol

If u enter all three case numbers after creating the account. When you click on the i-485 it will show finger print fee was recived, and for the I-131 and I-797 its say they mail a notice and you should follow instruction.

after reading this post yesterday I remember my wife telling me is 4 same text she recieve from USCIS, so I told her to check them back and see discover it was 4 different receipt number. Now I'm seeing the status of all 4 of my application and a number to call if I don't get the hard copy by the 9th July. Thanks so much this was really helpful. Edited by Shacanus

Hi guys, I'm not actually sure which thread I belong more, May fillers or June, I joined May fillers as well, but be happy to join you if you don't mind too, cause my actual NOA1 issued June 3rd. What about for the I 864 affidavit, do you get a noa too?

No, as that is supplementary to the AOS form. You can't AOS without the affidavit.

Hi guys I received all 3 my hard copy NOA today, three I-797C letter.

Congrats, now wait abt 7-10 days till you get your biometrics letter!
