I just checked March and April fillers, more likely that USCIS send NPIW on the fourth month of waiting, a lot of people got those letters almost at the same time, so seems like if NPIW suppose to be, it will be send on September, hope we not gonna get them next month, fingers crossed and want my interview to be scheduled.....

I want interview too but they are giving the priority to other kinds of visas that filed aos like f1, b2, j1... etc. We filed from k1 and honestly don't think will get interview, only a small portion on k1 visas get interview so hopefully we can be the lucky ones :)

Yeah, I've noticed that, especially b1/b2 they usually get their interview very quickly. I don't mind NPIW if it would took two or three months but not almost a year....

i called uscis today. they said they wont transfer me to a tier 2, they said since i got a RFE for AOS it can take until october 31 (for the EAD). called my lawyer, he made some calls and said that the processing times were extended and it might take until sept 11 for my EAD, but not october since AOS and EAD are seperate application.

i am so pissed though, i thought i could talk to a tier 2 today and have this stupid EAD next week...

You can call them again and do the same way people did before and it worked, call the tier1 and say you just spoke with officer from tier2 and for some reason it was disconnected, they should transfer you immediately..... Edited by Inna&Chris

i did that but he said that right now they don't do any transfers, and that i will have to wait until the tier 2 calls me back (which he won't, cus i never spoke to one). he also kept saying how he doesn't understand why i was even transferred to a tier 2, since my question was nothing that would even get me to a tier 2 in the first place -.-

i will try again tomorrow.
