How did you connect to the first lady?

Cause when I pressed 2d buttom to enter my receipt number it said it's not enough digits, so I pressed another buttom( like I don't know my number) that way it connected me to that person, don't know the other way to coonect to them....

I called 1800-375-5283 and followed the instructions. Once I entered my receipt number I pressed 3 to speak to an agent and after a brief discussion with her she willingly transfered me to another person.

Call the 1800 number then press 1 then 2 then 1 and enter your receipt number after that press 1 to confirm your receipt number and press 3 for customer representative.

Thank you Emcia, I did the way you told me 10 times and it didn't work cause every time I put my application number it says it was not enough digits, don't know what's wrong...

I found another way to call chose 4 everything regarding EAD, but another lady wasn't helpfull either, said I should wait till Thursday to call them again, I didn't want to connect to another tier was so angry, lol

I should receive it anyway tomorrow I guess, don't want to deal with them now!

But thanks for your help, appreciate it!

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

I wouldn't bother calling in until a couple of days go by... We should get them in a few days, anything longer than that, then I'll call about mine.

Met 2008. Moved in together 2010. Married 2015. Baby Z joined us 2017 . :wub:

AOS Timeline 350 days

 

May 31/15 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP to USCIS

June 4/15 - Email and text notifications they were recieved

June 10/15 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD/AP Dated June 1

June 17/15- Change of address confirmation

June 22/15- Biometrics appointment received

July 1/15- Biometrics appointment done(5 minute appointment, 8 hour round trip drive <_< )

August 5/15 - Change of address submitted for new location

August 8/15 - Mobile/E-mail notifications for approved EAD/AP :)

August 17/15 - Change of address confirmation after calling in

August 17/15 - EAD/AP Combo card mailed out(To the wrong address, and then lost by USPS)

September 3/15 - Contacted USCIS and was told to re-apply with a new application and fees?! Put in a service request online for lost card, and a complaint

September 8/15 - USPS found & returned card to USCIS

September 15/15 - Ombudsman contacted USCIS

September 17/15 - Card mailed back out

September 19/15 - EAD/AP Combo card finally in hand

September 22/15 - NPIW letter received, dated September 9/2015 estimated 6 month wait

October 13-21/15 - Traveled using AP to visit parents & ship the rest of our belongings out west

November 27-30/15 - Traveled using AP

December 28/15- RFE hard copy, waiting on documents from Canada

January 31-February 7/16 - Traveled using AP

February 10/16 - Sent in RFE, delivered Feb 16

April 16/16 - Service request filed, RFE was never updated online

May 12 - Approved email and status update dated May 10. Service request never was assigned or solved, though.

May 14 - Greencard in hand!

Bad news! Yesterday I checked AOS processing time in Houston Texas is 4 months then now I check again it shows December 17 2014. #######?!

I also check the AOS timeline and see noone with day from Jan-June 2015 get Interview Letter.

My local office processing time say August 2014. :( Im not sure if thats really a length of delay since VJ processing statistics showing 145 from bio metrics to interview. Its very confusing..

Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

According to USCIS "if the field office or service center is meeting its goal for processing a form, you will find the timeframe listed in months. For example, if the office is processing Form N-400 naturalization applications in five months or less, then the chart will say "5 months." However, if the office is experiencing a processing delay, you will find the filing date of the last case that the office completed before updating the chart".

Would this mean they are working on case that are there from August 2014 :( :(

AOS Date Filed : 2015-05-27
