In the approval notice, a paragraph says" This approval notice is not a visa or Evidence of EAD, nor may it be used in place of a visa or form I-766" It means that it couldn't place for EAD

Damn, no luck today, just went home from my company, my employer asked for the card, they don't accept the approval notice. But a good thing is they said whenever I get the card they will ket me take my job. Also came to DPS for renew my DL, they also need the card instead of the approval notice. Look like approval notice is useless, we should wait for the card. Hopefully the card will come today!

Ohh sorry to hear that Cody, but hang in there we will get our cards these days and will get done our stuff finally!

Does anyone know if its possible to speak to a tier 2 officer before 75 days have passed? I'm at day 68 but I don't wanna wait any longer..

Also, how exactly does that work, do I just call the service number ask for a tier 2?

Should wait 75 days pass then you can call them, normally it take less than 75 days, be patient!

I was thinking to call them too abt my AOS next week, from what people say you should ask for tier2 but don't really know how to ask to connect with them, sometime tier1 doesn't want to do so....

You can always call and inquire about one. I did and they gave me without any issues. According to the USPS tracker expected delivery date is tomorrow.

I spoke to an agent and at first she said that she doesn't have it so I asked if there is someone else who will have acces to it. She said that she will transfer me to another officer. Call again and tel them that someone just call few minutes ago and was able to get it.

Tier 1 don't know anything except case status like on the USCIS website, only tier 2 know the case and all information!

How did you connect to the first lady?

Cause when I pressed 2d buttom to enter my receipt number it said it's not enough digits, so I pressed another buttom( like I don't know my number) that way it connected me to that person, don't know the other way to coonect to them....
