Hi all! We filed on the 8th June. USPS tracking confirmed it was received on the 10th. No sign of NOA1 yet... finger's crossed it arrives this week.

Hey. Most of us here are waiting for NOA1. Remember you can also check to see if they cashed your cheque, mines not cash as yet.

hello all,

I filed AOS from K1 status and received my hard copy NOA1's today. My local office is in Jax Florida. I am hoping everything will go smoothly as I put a lot of time into our package. I am hoping for no RFE's, but I was also hopeful for the K1 visa process and received an RFE. I look forward to hearing everyone else's experiences and I wish everyone good luck!!!

No. Not yet. Did you file AOS and waiting for NAO1?

Yup! Filed last week and as per USPS tracking, they received it on the 11th.

Check has not been cashed and no notification as of today.

Hey fellows. Got email notification at 3:47 pm.

Got my texts and emails this afternoon! I feel like I'm finally in the system 9 days after it was delivered to them.

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx......"

I'm going to go and find out the significance of the "MSC" of my receipt number. Plus I didn't even realize it goes to the national benefits center. I assumed it just got sent to the Texas office because I'm in Georgia. I must have read that somewhere. Oh well, I'm off to educate myself on this bit of the process. :-)

hi everyone!

we filed june 2nd, but unfortunately still didnt get a NOA1. we had our lawyer sent everything out and now i wish we had just done it ourselves. i contacted him to ask why we didnt get a NOA 1 yet, or if he had heard from the USCIS and all he said was not to worry, everything is fine and it just takes a few weeks. but that doesnt sound right to me, it should not take weeks to get the e-mail.. and it shouldnt take 2 weeks to get the hard copy.

does anyone know how to find out the receipt number without NOA 1? or if there is any other way to contact the USCIS?

i feel like something went wrong.

Ahhh! The waiting begins! I did not receive an email only the 3 texts.. Maybe they got it wrong. Oh well. I hope this goes by fast!
