Seems everybody wer getting rfe now im freaking out worried bout it... its been a week after biometric n status havent change... just wonderinh guys how long does it takes for u to know you got rfe

According to their website you can - in theory - receive one at any time in the process. For us it was about 3 weeks after biometrics - probably just when the file was first reviewed.

This is actually form I-94 everybody had to fill out online after arriving to the US. This form is showing 90 days of your legal status since your arrived. After this form is expired it doesn't work anymore for you,but everybody still have to send it together with the other docs for AOS.

You find your I-94 here:

As was mentioned, you should have included a copy of it in your AOS packet.

Sent in another inch of documents... sure hope this does it. We spoke to a Tier 2 agent yesterday after receiving the RFE and unfortunately they were unable to answer our questions or guide us in determining just what to send. Fingers crossed the receipt showing an extension for 2014 tax returns is sufficient to explain why we only sent the 2013 ones.

Another week passed by without any news for us, I know that for EAD I should wait at least two more weeks, but I was hoping to receive some news that they ready to schedule an interview, I'm just looking at a few people from my local office in NJ, they already got those notices almost a month ago, and we have only two weeks difference, just wanna hear smth from USCIS, so annoying and frustrating this waiting is.....

We sent our file on June 29th, and I saw today that they sent us an RFE on July 22nd. Are a lot of people receiving RFEs? What are some of the most common issues? Does the RFE and the subsequent delay impact processing the EAD and AP?

You should read a bit eariler posts, people shared abt RFE and that it's not causing any delays on EAD or AP if it's regarding your I-485.
