Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

Receive Potential Interview Waiver Letter: September 9, 2015 sigh!!

Yay! Wonderful, I hope to get mine soon, too.

Day 00 - 6/08/2015 - I130,I485,I765 Package delivered to Chicago lockbox

Day 01 - 6/09/2015 - USCIS records package is received (according to online case status check, though the NOA texts/emails weren't sent to me until 8 days later)

Day 09 - 6/17/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case accepted & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

Day 15 - 6/23/2015 - Received 797c NOA letters of receipt by snail mail

Day 22 - 6/30/2015 - Received biometrics appt letter

Day 29 - 7/07/2015 - Biometrics appt

Day 36 - 7/14/2015 - Received RFE for documents that were included and clearly labeled in application package. Will resend required information this week.

Hey guys, I noticed there are two post for June 2015 k-1 Aos post. Someone should combine them so we can all start our process together and keep in touch. My husbands AOS will be mailed today.

At work now anxiously awaiting for lunchtime to mail my paperwork in. Going to send it express mail so hopefully it gets there tomorrow.

I can't wait to just get these papers out of my apartment already. :)

Triple and quadrupled checked everything. Have my translated copies, have all the paperwork filled. We practiced all the paperwork beforehand - and I have it all very neatly packed in order and properly labelled held together with simple paperclips.

Ugh, I don't mind if I get an RFE for anything because she is here already, but all I want is the travel document to get here quick so we can travel back and forth. I am getting bored staying in NY all the time. lol

We will have the same exact timeline and we are both from NY!!! Thats how I was feeling yesterday so anxious to get those papers out of the way!!!. His papers get there tomorrow. lets see how this process goes for us.

Everything having to do with USCIS is so much better when you are with your spouse, even getting a RFE as you mention not mind getting, lets hope for no RFE tho. Still waiting for my NOA1.
