Received the Biometrics appointment for the 23rd, at noon.

In other news, though, it seems USCIS lost my I-765. We called because we thought it strange that we had gotten text/emails for the other two, and then received the hardcopies for them, but not for the EAD. The Tier 2 Officer confirmed they have nothing on file for it. Lovely. It means I have to refile just that one. I know there are no fees involved, but it's still annoying.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On July 9, 2015, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I received all three initial receipt/notices at the same address, for some reason these vital documents were not delivered. I verified her name and address with USPS also. This is pretty frustrating. I called USCIS and they couldn't provide us with any updates or notification. I put my wife's name in our mailbox so hopefully, it won't happen again. Looking at everyone else's timeline we probably missed the Biometrics appointment. I will call back Monday and if they cannot provide us with an update I will make an Infopass appointment ASAP. It looks like they changed our ASC from Jacksonville Florida to New Orleans. Maybe that is causing some delay.

Thanks for the reply, I am trying to be positive about the situation. Yes, I received hard copies, that is what makes it so frustrating. I am sure it was the biometrics appointment letter. Hopefully Monday I can get some answers.. if not I will take the Infopass route...

Anyone hear anything yet regarding their case status? Maybe being impatient, but just wanted to see if anyone has received anything.
