Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

Receive Potential Interview Waiver Letter: September 9, 2015 sigh!!
AOS Approved without interview 2015-10-08 :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :star: 3 MONTHS AND 22 DAYS AFTER NOA1 (F)

Everything went smoothly. Took about 1/2 hour after our posted time (2pm) to get done. Pretty quiet for the most part.

Timeline

Had my biometrics on the 30th @ 2pm in Elizabeth, NJ. It took about an hour and half from the time I walked in! There were 50 people in front of me......now to keep on waiting. And pray for no NPIW ?

Hi, I'm from NJ as well and had my biometrics in Elizabeth too a day before you. Seems like we have similiar timelines. Lets keep each other posted, hope our USCIS center in Newark is not very busy...... Edited by Inna&Chris

10 April 2018 - NOA received for Removing of conditions.

NPIW usually extends the wait for a green card by another 6-8 months, making the total wait about a year or more.

It makes it more of a hassle because then you're looking at the possibility of having to renew your medical exam if it expires and/or having to renew EAD/AP.

Ours hasn't yet, no. I expect with the holiday it might be a little slow from Friday/Monday with employees taking time off.

12/29/2014 Received text message and electronic NOA1 that indicated my case will be transfered to California Service Center
01/03/2015 Received the hard copy of NOA1
01/15/2015 The petition approved
01/23/2015 NOA2 Hard copy received

01/29/2015 NVC received the package
01/30/2015 Case number, INV, and Beneficiary ID obtained

02/06/2015 Sent to the consular office in London

02/27/2015 Medical test and additional report required to bring from the GP

04/05/2015 ECG test

04/18/2015 Packet 3 sent

04/23/2015 Packet 4 received

05/22/2015 Interview date, required additional I134

​05/22/2015 Case showed Administrative Processing

05/28/2015 I134 sent to the US embassy in London

06/03/2015 The case was Ready( for interview)

06/08/2015 The case is changed into ready to open than Administrative processing again.

6/09/2015 Visa issued

6/12/2015 Picked up the passport from the DX courier in London
