Runaround by uscis. Any suggestions please?

Hi guys,

Can someone give me any suggestions for my case?

These are my details.

I'm a U.S. Citizen, Filed a k-1 (fiancée in India) uscis received it on Dec 31, 2015.

NOA1 dated Jan 5th, WAC# (California).

RFE January 27th.

RFE reply received by California center on March 23.

Status shows last update at March 23 and for me to call USCIS if no response by May 22.

Anyhow, I called before May x 2, each time was asked by supervisor to wait until after May 22.

Then, I called on May 23, a supervisor said I had to wait until end of May as I was within the 5 month processing time (as I had filed on December 31, 2014) and that the computer wouldn't allow her to place the service request.

Today, June 1, I called again and now a different supervisor says that the California center is actually processing cases from Dec the 16th and I have to wait and that she could not file a service request for me as I'm "still within the processing time". Today, I tried to argue my case a bit but she wouldn't budge. She wouldn't even give me a proper date after which to call. Just to "keep calling and see..."

I believe that I'm being given the runaround. Can someone give me any ideas how to proceed next? I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks in advance.

Keep waiting, as weird as it is the 5 months normal is not really 5 months more like 6 . When u get to six and on that's when they'll bother with doing a service request otherwise they simple won't care .
