Crossing my fingers that my NOA2 will be today (or at least this week). My timeline estimated July 28-30. At this point I'd even prefer an RFE so at least I knew they were working on it.

hi everyone! anyone who have filed or sent their k-1 application/packet on june5th and have arrived on june8th in texas, did you receive your NOA1 already? thank you!

okay, right after i have done posting this, i received a text and an e-mail as well, that they have received my petition and was routed to CSC. yey!! hehehe now i am waiting for the RFE. i have a big feeling that i would have an RFE, just because of the place of issuance. i was so dumb to put just the country which is pretty obvious to everyone that it is issued inside the territories of the USA. but yeah instea of writing the place or the city itself i wrote instead USA. so i am pretty sure i would be getting RFE for that. so anyone has any idea of when the RFE letter/e-mail arrives? would they let you know that you got an RFE on the E-mail or on the snail mail. please do advise. thank you and GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS to all of us.

It was about two days for me.

Oh that`s not too bad! Our package should be delivered today or tomorrow so I`m guessing early next week we`ll get our NOA1 then!

North Carolina!!! So normally Texas! But they already postet on the uscis website that all k1 are going to Cali since 27 of March!!!

Yay awesome :D We`re in VA so normally TX too. I read about the cali switch but since they put no end date it`s always a happy surprise to see TSC people still getting sent to CSC :D Congrats!!

i sent ours on the 5th arrived on the end of the day by the 8th. picked up by the next day. :) and mine is going to california as well :)

I`m almost sure I`ll be getting an RFE as well, I`m getting that fixed right now because I`ll have to send it to my fiance in the States. I mistakingly put "none" for "Last address outside of the USA for nore than one year" which was a dumb mistake since I`m the benificiary and have lived in the same country (Belgium) my entire life. I did put my address correct in the question before that one so there`s Iguess a 50/50 chance I`ll get an RFE.

Knocking on wood I`m getting someone nice to check our package :D

I`m almost sure I`ll be getting an RFE as well, I`m getting that fixed right now because I`ll have to send it to my fiance in the States. oh!! we are just almost the same.. that is why i am already preparing for the worst to happen. as what i have heard that they are so keen in reviewing the application, which infact just a very small glitch they will send out RFE right there and then.. but i am hoping to have a personnel who is nice enough to let it pass through (though it is kinda impossible) hahaha. but RFE is not the end of everything though. so yeah, i am just praying that it will arrive soon (RFE) so i could send out what they need, and doesnt cause much delays. :)

Same here, I`m alright with an RFE, means they`re actively working on our case! Just hoping that if they do, they do it soon haha :D
