i phoned them twice and on the second time they gave me the case # and they said it will be forwarded to Embassy shortly

Hi, u can call the nvc from Mon to Fridays from 7am to 12am (New York Time). U can can them aftr 2 weeks from ur Noa2

if they tell you that normally it will take 35 days before u can get from them the case #, dont believe it. Haha. just try calling again next day and be just be patient. ☺️

Crossing my fingers that my NOA2 will be today (or at least this week). My timeline estimated July 28-30. At this point I'd even prefer an RFE so at least I knew they were working on it.

Crossing my fingers that my NOA2 will be today (or at least this week). My timeline estimated July 28-30. At this point I'd even prefer an RFE so at least I knew they were working on it.

My fingers and toes are crossed for you, me and everyone else that is waiting to hear. This wait is unbearable! But I do feel so lucky I found this website. Before I was on here I thought I was gonna be waiting for 5 months to get through this bit. I hope this week is filled with lovely happy approvals!

Called NVC today. I got through pretty fast, but the lady wouldnt even check for my case number. She told me wait 35 days ?

Call again and make sure it's another representative. I had the same issue the first time I called. When I called later on in the week, I had a friendly lady who went ahead and looked it up after doing the normal speech. She told me to feel free to call back at least once a week to verify as I am leaving the country for a few weeks. There is no reason why they can't even look up the number. Make sure you hit option 1 when calling though, the one that says if you've recieved a notice for the USCIS but have no recieved further instructions. Basically don't let them bully you into thinking you don't have a right to know your case number until they send a notice. It takes them three seconds to look up the number. Be prepared to wait a while to get through to someone who will look though. Good luck!

On another note, I called NVC about 15 minutes ago and just got through (5:00pm EST), they have not received my case yet. I said I would update each time I call, so next call will be end of the week. My NOA2 is dated for July 21st btw. Good luck to those of you still waiting on your NOA2, hopefully today! I got my email for mine at 11 pm EST so make sure to check later at night as well

I do not believe...." time line" ..... I watched.... every time different dates? .... and there is no result?
