interesting.... if touched... at least they have looked at it... actually mine hasn't been touched since my noa1, so i've been worried as well.

Oh. Sorry to hear that. I don't know what's up with the people holding our papers. But you just send in your application this month. Give it two to three weeks and then you'll have a result.

OMG, I just checked the USCIS tracker to see that our petition has been APPROVED!

I can't believe it! Not even a month. I was kind of worried that it would take longer as we are of the same sex.

Hope those who haven't received their NOA2 yet would receive theirs soon!

GT&RAC stay positivie! I am sure you will get this within next couple days! When I was down you message that you hope I will get the noa2 that day and I did!

Ours was 48 days since noa2 hold on there guys! your turn is coming :) we will all get there!

Mine didn`t get any touches either it was straight from received to approved, I wish it woulda had some touches so at least I`d known it was being worked on but I`m a happy girl now. Was frustrating not to know if it didn`t accidentally slip in a paper shredder (exaggerating, obviously) or got eaten by the adjucator`s dog, but hey we lived! My fiance is trying his luck tomorrow calling NVC!

Hey guys! I just received the text and email update our petition was approved finally! I leave to go visit him tomorrow too so this day is ending great! We sent our petition in and was received may 29, noa 1 on june 02, rfe on july 13, responded june 21 and approved today. Just thought i would throw my dates out there for anyone else that has received a rfe. For those that have mot heard any news yet be patient I know it's hard but soon enough you will be with the one you love. :)

I feel you. Hanging on a very thin thread here. Getting so frustrated plus waiting for an RFE.
