The only additional suggestion I can think of: You could try and setup another account with a different email address

Since several people are complaining of the same issue, perhaps they are just having technical difficulties.

To all those having problems logging in to check their status,I just read the news On the USCIS website that USCIS is conducting system maintenance so some customer service tools are unavailable from 11th-12th July 2015.

Here is more on that:

Haha, I do the "quick check" version since I haven't been able to create an account. I usually only check it at work, not on the weekends. Maybe I need more to do at work ;)

guys do you think 21k income is ok??im so worried that it could be the reason will be denied:(

This depends on the household number. You can check here. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf Do not forget to add yourself in counting the household number.

I can log in! But they make us crazy we received that a document was returned! I thought noa1 cuz we don't have the hard copy! (I know couple a girls who never had noa1 in hard copy, so no problem for me) then we called checked the address and my fiancé ask her what's going on with our case, that lady ment that she can't say anything it's already at the NVC! But how can it be at the NVC if I never had noa2? :D question over question! We will call later again maybe that lady had no idea or gave a wrong answer! We will see

21k income is fine for a household of two so no problem at all. Relax.
