Crossing my fingers that my NOA2 will be today (or at least this week). My timeline estimated July 28-30. At this point I'd even prefer an RFE so at least I knew they were working on it.

what is the benefit of having our NVC case number? This doesn't change anything in the process, does it? It just lets us see where our case is?

And some in some other (beneficiary) countries they can already proceed to the medical and schedule an interview once they got their case numbers.

Our NOA2 dated 22nd July also! I was trying to call NVC from Kuwait but I couldn't get through, +1 603 334 0700.

Anyway, we have to wait for the Letter of Appointment from the Consulate before we can proceed. I hope June fillers will be with our love ones the soonest the better :)

Hello June Filers,

My Filipina Fiance and I received our NOA 2 last week. We had one RFE related to IMBRA, but fortunately we were approved. :) (Very stressful for us) I don't understand the process from here. How do we know the NVC has received our petition and how do we know it has been sent to the embassy and how do we know the embassy received it. Thank you for your help. Good luck and God bless. :)

guys im kinda confused here bcuz i thought my fiance could do the DS-160 with the reciept number right?? and he can only pay the visa with the Case number???

You need it to fill out your application.

Germany requires the $265 to be paid online. We need it for that too.

My NOA2 date was July 20th.

I got my case number yesterday. Apparently Frankfurt already has it. I am confused since I called Thursday and there was no record of it. Apparently they can move fast when they want to.
