Hello.

So im 36 weeks pregnant which is kinda restricting me from going to my job, I am a server and the long hours standing and running food are killing my feet.

Ive been thinking (maybe not the best idea ever) but has anyone of you ever worked from home on those internet based websites?

Do they really pay you? Who has an experience with those things would they please kindly share?

The money situation is not bad or I am not required to do it but it's nice to have my own money and still take care of my own things.

Please advise! Thank you and have a great day! :)

Well, which sites? Obviously, there are plenty of scams out there about working from home and having a really flexible amazing time with loads of money. Generally, if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably not true.

You should try googling around for the site that you're thinking about working for and see if you can find some reputable reviews (or bad ones warning you off).

Elance is a pretty reliable website for working from home. There are various jobs posted on it, including data entry, writing, translation, IT, designing, etc. They also have payment protection procedures (The key is having your employer pay through the elance platform, not off-site. This way the site administrators can intervene if there's any problem).

Amazon Mechanical Turk is another option. It seems to have mainly low-paying jobs, like filling out surveys for under $1.

It would be better to do an at-home job like Daycare I think.

Most of those sites take a long time to get you going with a legit "money-making" job. A blogger would be ideal, but even those take at least 6 months or so to take off usually.

I have tried a few of the survey sites and made some money.

However, I would recommend looking for a local job that has a work-at-home option. Some secretarial jobs are like that.

Data Entry and Call Centers have those options sometimes too.
