Can wife use NBI as identification to fly home if they take passport?

My wife has her interview on June 4th and if they take her passport can she use her NBI to fly home on Cebu Pacific?

I just checked on their website and they state: A NBI would be serve as government identification right?

1. What do I need to bring to the airport on the day of my flight?

   Please bring the following:

   1. web boarding pass
   2. valid photo-ID (such as passport, government or company ID and school ID)
   3. valid travel documents (such as visa)

is she flying domestic? she does not need passport to fly domestic. Passport is only need for international flights

She will be flying back to Isabela which is about a 1 hour flight. They check my passport when I fly with them. As I say she will have a NBI which includes a picture and will be her only identification. I guess she can ask on Wednesday when she leaves.

They haven't taken her passport. After the interview she will go home and wait for issuance if ll goes well.

because you are international travel there, that is why you needed to show passport, but she is a local there so most likely

she will just need some kind of

government id to fly, but I do not know if nbi will work, it might it does have picture and info

then it's normal,

as

the visa foil is glued into the passport after the visa is issued.

Huh? Manila IV routinely takes the passport before the interview, on interview day.

Her interview isn't until Thursday, so they haven't taken it. They will take it at her interview is all goes well, so it got me thinking how she would fly home.

no I got my wife ticket for June 9th She will fly into Denver I am going to drive from Austin to meet her I just move here when we started the process so I still need to get some stuff there. then we will drive back to Austin that way she can see other places in USA right away Edited June 1, 2015 by j&ana
