These extra ten days make no sense. This is an existing problem for a month now. At the bottom of their message they say that if after ten days you're still not able to acces ds260, theyl will put you thru to a software geek. Why not start doing that now?! As NVC states themselves: there's a large number of applicants.........

Guys Case Complete 35 days after ds-260, just know.

Asked to speak with a supervisor spoke with the rep Sonia and she put me thru after 5 min in hold, the supervisor was named Marcos and he reviewed my ds-260 over the phone and said Miss N. Your case has been completed and waiting for an interview.

Just spoke to them again, DS-260 still not been reviewed I mentioned it had been 32 days since I submitted it. He said he's made a note of it to get it pushed along ? not quite sure what this means. I'll leave it another day then call on Friday I suppose.

Jaymain always u call ask to speak with a supervisor they will let u on hold ylthen will say there is not supervisor available. But keep on doing it and u will reach one who gonna complete ur case right away.

Finally decided to send IV fee by Mail.....

Scan date May 1st, still waiting 34/30. Since I'm neither in a hurry or happy to pay the phone charges, I won't call them. I'm sure I'll hear from them eventually. Suspect there's a checklist in there somewhere, my FIL didn't supply a retirement statement of sorts with his 1040 tax return.

Just want to share good news with VJ family . I got Interview Schedule on July 13th .

My SD was April 28th ,

Case Complete May 29th ( without any check list )

Interview Schedule on June 2nd

Interview Date July 13th

I will update my timeline . I hope all of you get your CC and interview date soon .

Here's my dumb question of the day

So, i finally found a sponsor, he's my first cousin once removed and he has sent me all of his tax returns for the years 2012 and 2013. He has sent me 1 more document that is

FORM 4868 APPLICATION FOR AUTOMATIC EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE US INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN (for the year 2014)

What do i do now? :S

He is self employed, owns a few businesses, so how do i fill out his income for the year 2014?

AND

Is this extension for a tax return form enough to send along with the i-864 for the year 2014?

Hello guys!!!...I really need your help asap...I am still confuse.My husband is my petitioner(I-864). My husband living together with his parents. We are using a co- sponsor which is his dad(I-864A). His parents are filing taxes jointly. I am still confuse what forms do they need to fill out. Can anyone help me please?...

Please tell me if these forms are accurate for them:

I-864----Petitioner (my husband)

I-864A----Co- Sponsor ( his dad) ==== contract between my husband and dad

I-864A-----Spouse of co-sponsor (his mom) ===== contract between dad and mom OR contract between mom and my husband?????

Please enlioghten me..
